Our Passion

\n<\/span><\/span>– One-on-one<\/span> ministry leadership coaching<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0(online or in-person).<\/span>
\n– Live or web\u00a0<\/span>events and experiences<\/a>\u00a0to help promote your spiritual growth and transformation.
\n<\/span><\/span>– Spiritual resources, products, and services available on our free resource page<\/a><\/span> or through our online store<\/a>.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>– The Lavender Pavilion<\/a><\/span> prayer garden next to our historic 1905 farmhouse.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

An \u201cAll Volunteer\u201d Ministry
\n<\/strong>When we launched TUS in January of 2015, we made a commitment to have no paid staff. Our goal was to keep overhead costs down, so we could offer ministry events and resources at the lowest possible prices\u2026and even offer many items<\/span> at no charge<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Julie White, our Executive Director, does not receive a salary from the ministry. (She earns some modest fees from her Coaching and Spiritual Direction clients, and from her outside speaking events). She creates and manages all aspects of TUS, with the assistance of her husband, Bruce, who serves as a Program Co-Leader and as our Editorial Director. He also serves the ministry as a volunteer. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This means that when you participate in one of our<\/span> events<\/a><\/span>, or purchase an item from our<\/span> store<\/a><\/span>, there is no additional markup to cover salaries. When you make a<\/span> donation<\/a> <\/span>to our ministry, we don\u2019t take anything off the top to cover payroll\u2026because there is no payroll! The result? Any \u201cprofit\u201d we make during the year is completely re-invested (100%) in the ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n

We hope you will be blessed by what we offer, and we pray that our menu of resources and experiences will encourage you in your ongoing, unfolding, life with God.<\/span><\/p>\n
